Understanding that the corporate world is desperate for more emotionally intelligent leaders, Traci also completed a coaching certification in Emotional Intelligence 2.0. She now coaches executives and business owners on how to lead through emotional awareness and authenticity.

Traci started her business consulting and leadership development firm, Navigate the Journey, over a decade ago to help entrepreneurial leaders scale their business, grow their teams and develop leaders. MAKE YOUR WORK MATTER: How Perspective Leads to Purpose

Did you know that employees who find purpose in their work are 64% more likely to be highly engaged? Yet, only 13% of workers worldwide feel engaged in their jobs. These statistics underscore a pervasive issue in today's workforce: a lack of meaning and purpose. We wake up, we hustle, and yet, at the end of the day, there's a nagging feeling that something crucial is missing. It's the meaning in our work, the purpose behind our efforts, and the impact of our contributions that seem to elude us.

Employees want more yet don’t know how to get there. They either disengage or leave altogether. Employers want them to engage yet don’t know how to inspire, often launching programs with no lasting effect. Finding joy in your job doesn’t have to be so elusive. It is possible, regardless of your position or company, but it takes proper perspective.

Traci Schubert Barrett is a dynamic thought leader on redefining work culture and fostering purpose-driven environments. With a track record of transforming organizations, Traci ignites passion and engagement among employees by emphasizing the significance of personal purpose. Through a captivating keynote presentation, Traci delves into actionable strategies for aligning personal values with organizational goals, resulting in heightened productivity and satisfaction.

Master the Art of Leadership: How Your Influence Can Lead to Great Impact

Leadership stands as the cornerstone of successful organizations. Studies reveal that companies with strong leadership practices are 13 times more likely to outperform their competitors, and employees with a clear sense of purpose are up to four times more engaged in their work. Yet, amidst this drive for success, many leaders find themselves grappling with a critical challenge: balancing becoming the best version of themselves while building the best version of their company.

Leadership is an art. It is a skill that we must hone and master. It takes a delicate balance of both relationship-building and driving results. We must care about the people we lead while maximizing profitability. We can learn how to do both with excellence, but it takes clarity and commitment.

In this keynote, Traci delves into the essence of transformative leadership, blending practical wisdom with compelling stories from Traci’s extensive career. Participants will learn how to cherish the gift of leadership, finding meaning and purpose that transcends the conventional metrics of success.

Run your business, own your life: Forging A Positive Entrepreneurial Impact

In a world where 20% of new businesses fail during the first two years of being open, 45% during the first five years, and 65% during the first 10 years, it's clear that the road to success is fraught with challenges (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics). Furthermore, a study by Gallup found that 45% of entrepreneurs report being stressed, suggesting a widespread struggle with the hustle culture that dominates our working lives.

We wake up, we hustle, and yet, at the end of the day, there's a nagging feeling that something crucial is missing. It's the meaning in our work, the purpose behind our efforts, and the impact of our contributions that seem to elude us. It's time to change our approach to work.

This program is a beacon for entrepreneurs and business owners drowning in the sea of hustle culture. It's designed to realign your efforts with your core values, helping you find balance and purpose in the relentless pursuit of success. Traci, a seasoned entrepreneur and motivational force, will guide you through the labyrinth of business ownership, addressing the critical issues of burnout, commitment, and the elusive search for meaning in it all. She weaves in stories of HGTV as a start-up, starting her own consulting business, and how coaching business owners for the last decade has helped her craft the key mindsets needed by every entrepreneur.

Beating Burnout: Healthy Habits for Hapy Work

In today’s fast-paced corporate world, an alarming 52% of employees report feelings of burnout, with anxiety disorders leading as the most common mental health diagnosis. The incessant push towards 'hustle culture' has not only compromised productivity but has also ushered in a mental health crisis among the workforce (APA, 2021). Amid this dire landscape, the importance of prioritizing health and wellness within the workplace cannot be overstated.

Traci presents unique frameworks that offer hope and resilience to those navigating occupational burnout. With an extensive background in psychology and a personal battle with chronic illness stemming from workplace burnout, she stands at the forefront of the movement towards a healthier, more sustainable work-life balance. Her journey from diagnosis to recovery illuminates the path for those ensnared in the throes of occupational stress, offering not just empathy but practical, evidence-based strategies.

Through a compelling journey into the interconnected realms of physical, mental, intellectual, and spiritual well-being, Traci challenges the status quo of workplace wellness. She offers actionable insights and strategies to recognize burnout's early signs, cultivate resilience, and integrate health seamlessly into our daily lives.
