Zeeda Michele Speaker Biography
Zeeda Michele's father was murdered when she was four years old, he is a distant memory. By the age of eight, she had been sexually assaulted by a famiy friend. Zeeda dropped out of high school when she found herself pregnant at the age of sixteen. When Zeeda was twenty one years old, she was in a relationship with a man that distributed hundreds of kilos of cocaine to a large drug network in Louisiana. At the age of twenty three she entered a new relationship where she was mentally, sexually and physically abused. At that point Zeeda felt she could no longer endure the pain of her life and she attempted suicide. She believed what she had been told for years, she was weak, damaged, broken and worthless.
Today, Zeeda is a successful mother, speaker, radio host and mentor to women who are struggling in their lives. She hosts the "Oh Well" podcast with Zeeda Michele. She is the author of two books, "From Pain to Power" and Powherful"
She has taken the difficult years of her childhood and young adult years to learn and help others. When life presents her with problems, she finds solutions! She lives each day knowing we are all stronger than our strongest excuse. Zeeda is a college graduate and has raised her six children with the strong family values she has come to embrace.
