Your Company's Got Talent Speaker Biography
Your Company's Got Talent® is a virtual team building show that will engage your employees to interact with each other, find hidden talents, build relationships and make them strive for higher performance, all in an exciting and entertaining way.
Most shows or teambuilding exercises last from 60 minutes to 4 hours in length. Your Company’s Got Talent® provides months of valuable internal communication, new-found support from fellow colleagues and fine-tunes focus on performance, all with an entertaining factor that maintains a positive energy throughout the program period and beyond.
Getting Started
Create a company profile by clicking "Create Contest".
We will then contact you to discuss the details of your program. After a contract has been executed, your company administrator can then direct their employees to the web site to sign up.
Submissions
Each employee shall fill out his or her profile, that will include their own unique User Name and Password. Your employees will be given 60 days (or however long company administrator determines), to record a video (no longer than 90 seconds in length), of their respective act and upload it to our web site. At the end of the submission period, the site will no longer accept video uploads. On the initial company profile page, your company administrator set the limit for the number of contestants allowed.
The professional staff at Leonard Neil Productions will pre-screen all submissions advancing those selected for viewing. Videos that don’t fully comply with the Terms of Use, as posted on YCGT web site, will not be posted. Everything on the web site is password protected, restricting viewing to only those within your company.
Voting
Approximately one week following the posting, the on-line voting will be open to all of your employees. While poles are open, voters are allowed one vote for their favorite act. Once poles close, (as determined by the company administrator), all votes are instantly tabulated to determine the top three finalists who will be posted on our web site for viewing. Your program administrator will be able to login to the site to view the activity, both in submissions and voting process. Although they will not be able to see how one voted, they will be able to see if someone voted as well as who submitted a video.
Live Show Finale:
The top three finalists will be given the opportunity to perform their respective acts, live, at your annual meeting, incentive, sales conference, etc. The Leonard Neil Orchestra, comprised of top recording industry professionals, will back those acts that require music accompaniment with customized arrangements. Music oriented contestants will be sent an MP3 music track in advance of the conference with which to rehearse. To provide the maximum production value, The Leonard Neil Orchestra will also perform dinner and dance music for the evening’s festivities. Each act will perform between meal courses. At the end of dessert, the audience will vote on audience response keypads for their favorite performer. The votes will be tallied on site and the winner of “Your Company’s Got Talent®” will be revealed as the star of the evening. Your company can present them with a grand prize at your discretion.
Finale Voting Option:
If client would prefer, at no additional cost, we offer a company-wide, second round of online voting for the finalists, in lieu of the on-site audience response keypad voting process. A Leonard Neil Productions representative would bring the results in a sealed envelope to the finale gala event to be opened after all three contestants have performed, similar to the Grammy Awards and Oscar’s. In addition to allowing all company employees to participate in the finals voting process, this option would also save the company several thousand dollars in audience response keypad rental charges, unless client has already planned on engaging them for their general session.
