Marc A. Wolfe takes audiences on an unexpected leadership journey – from capturing defining moments through his camera lens to guiding executives at elite global companies on transformational growth.
Though kicked out of his 4th grade NJ public school for being “too helpful,” Marc rebounded from this life-altering event to realize his purpose: unlocking human potential. This calling sparked a winding career across photography, technology, innovation consulting, and leadership coaching.
Marc started a freelance photography business at 16 years old and went on to photograph President George H. Bush as well as celebrities, dignitaries, and NFL Teams. He then leveraged his creative eye to become an early Apple computer pioneer, helping companies like CNBC, TXU Communications, GAF, Tiffany & Co, as well as Bermuda Yellow Pages and non-profits like the United Nations Development Programme and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, navigate the Macintosh platform before the iPod even existed.
Marc earned his marketing degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University while owning two businesses. However, his true passion emerged when he became an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach. Blending insights across healthcare, retail, entertainment, finance, hospitality, and more, Marc assisted leaders at organizations such as Tufts Health Plan, Ramsey Solutions, Synnex, Thread Bank, and Choice Hotels Owners Council.
Expanding his impact, Marc shared practical leadership perspectives with Forbes.com, also as an INC5000 Mentor Facilitator for Marshall Goldsmith’s prestigious MG100 executive coaching cohort.
