Kimberly is a retail and logistics innovator with over 20 years of experience driving mega initiatives for Amazon, Nordstrom, and QVC. Kimberly led Amazon’s global expansion, spearheading the development and launch of Amazon Global, the leading cross-border customer experience. In addition to building a multi-billion dollar international business for Amazon, Kimberly developed, implemented, and innovated Amazon’s import and export policies worldwide, designed and built Global FBA, and laid the foundation for Amazon Marketplace international expansion.
Aggressively recruited by Nordstrom, Kimberly led the supply chain and logistics digital transformation. Serving as a designated Change Leader, Kimberly counseled executives, implemented lean product development practices, and handpicked to guide the supply chain and logistic integration for the $300M acquisition of Trunk Club. Bridging the gap between business and technology, Kimberly elevated the Nordstrom product development cycle, lead multiple reorganization designs, and serves as truth-tellers to C-level executives.
Since starting her consulting business in 2106, Kimberly’s straight forward results-oriented approach partnered with her natural coaching and leading abilities has designated her as an authority in the industry. In addition to supporting corporate initiatives, Kimberly has developed her passion for business philanthropy, partnering with various state and private entrepreneur organizations to support disadvantaged communities, providing technology and business expertise otherwise unavailable to rural locations.
