A 30+ year media veteran - JENNIFER KEITT is widely known as one of the most passionate, engaging, and powerful communicators today. Jennifer has reached millions of listeners and through her various syndicated radio shows aimed at empowering audiences nationwide. Jennifer holds a Bachelor in Broadcast Journalism a Master of Arts in Practical Theology, an Education Specialist degree and she is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Psychology. She is CEO of the Keitt Institute: A Center for Emotional Development and Well-being. Jennifer and her co-founder, Morgan Holmes (who is Jennifer’s eldest daughter), use the best practices from instructional design and educational psychology to create high-powered, engaging, research-driven experiences that help professionals thrive in life.

In December 1991, Jennifer debuted Today’s Black Woman — a 60-second feature — broadcasting Monday through Friday in major markets across the United States. TBW grew to reach millions of listeners weekly! Here is a tiny portion of the show that launched Jennifer’s career and helped her find her power, passion, and life purpose: to empower, educate, equip and encourage today’s woman!

Dr. Keitt was AMAZING! She facilitated two 75 minute sessions with 340 of our interns and they had a wonderful time. The students were engaged and eager to ask questions. Dr. Keitt is very professional and very approachable which was a huge plus considering her audience consisted of rising college sophomores and juniors.
