Jane’s expertise comes from 25+ years of experience in high-stakes environments. She has worked with sales teams, guided leadership through a merger integration & divestiture, led organizational change initiatives with new leadership, and designed innovative solutions for onboarding and developing talent. Prior to founding Hyun & Associates, she held line and HR management roles at JPMorgan and was Director of Recruiting at Deloitte and Resources Global. She served as research director for The Conference Board’s “Cultural Fluency: Leadership Styles in Asia” study.
She is the creator of the Culturally Fluent Leader Academy ™, a virtual and in-person learning experience launching in 2023.
A graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Economics/International Studies, Jane has been an advisor to Coqual/Center for Talent Innovation and the diversity council for the American Heart Association.
