Dave Kauffman is a Husband, Pilot, Business Coach, A Top 100 Keynote Speaker, Author and Trainer!

Dave’s life started out in a humble fashion, as an Amish/Mennonite farm boy in rural Georgia! Growing up on a farm really helped him develop a strong work ethic and an understanding that in order to have an epic harvest you have to plant epic seeds.. and that growth and development take time and dedication!

Dave knows the difference between motivation and inspiration. He also knows that he can’t change people! Just like he couldn’t make a seed germinate and grow, he knows the power of planting the seed in the right environment and that is what he is so good at …creating the environment for the seed to be planted!
