INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — The Electronic Security Expo (ESX) opening general session on June 5 will include a keynote address by Kevin Brown, a motivational speaker and author of “The Hero Effect.”

Brown will share a message that is designed to help individuals and organizations achieve greater results by eliminating ordinary thinking and mastering the habit of excellence. He will explore how to motivate staff without casting blame, how to remain focused on creating the best possible outcome and how to develop attitudes that lead to success.

“The Hero Effect is about a strategy for showing up every single day and helping people with no strings attached,” states Brown. “It’s about taking 100 percent responsibility for your attitude, your actions and your results every single time.”
