The Inclusive Leadership Institute is a foundation created by six experts in Diversity, Culture, and Inclusion. They are a truly global organization, with directors living in five different continents.

​Based on research and decades of relevant experience, ILI is on a mission to make organizations more fair, and ensure that all employees feel like they belong.

The Inclusive Leadership Institute believes that the world would be a much better place if everyone - regardless of their background, sexual orientation, skin color, ability, gender, and more - felt respected and heard in the workplace.

​ILI recently rolled out a series of "Inclusive Conversations" featuring interviews with leaders around the world doing powerful work in inclusion, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion expert Lenora Billings-Harris.

Diversity, inclusion, and disrupting bias is a full-time focus for Lenora. She partners with clients to help them leverage their diversity of thought to impacts employee talent engagement and retention, attracting customers, community, and corporate relations.
