Generational Edge | What we do

Generational Edge | What we do

Amy Lynch speaks from experience. She has built businesses and sold them. Along the way, she managed - and has been managed by - 4 very different generations. She brings that hard-won experience along with been-there humor to every keynote.

While others talk about generational awareness, Amy’s clients apply her techniques and strategies in their businesses every day. Her high content programs are filled with memorable stories punctuated with a generous dose of humor. She is the author of the forthcoming Generational Intelligence: How to Harness the Bang of Change. Her interactive sessions help companies develop Generational Intelligence to harness the energy of this phenomenal period of change and disruption.

Amy is an entrepreneur, stand-up comic and triathlete. She brings all that to the stage, along with a deep understanding of the generations that make up organizations. People come into her sessions saying, "That generation drives me crazy," but leave saying, "I can work that."

Amy has spoken to 100s of groups from MTV and Mental Floss to Reynolds, Boeing and the staff of the U.S. Senate. She has been quoted in Entrepreneur, The Washington Post, USA Today, Boston Globe, Huffington Post and NBC Evening News, among others.

  • Communicate the essential value each generation brings during times of change.
  • Employ the trigger words and trigger tone each generation, from brand new Gen Z to seen-it-all-before Boomers, hears best.
  • Predict and navigate generational challenges, rather than perpetually reacting to them.

  • Win the trust of target generations by positioning appropriately as ally or authority.
  • Anticipate and plan for generation-specific objections.
  • Predict how emerging technologies and cultural trends will impact generational relationships with brands.

Innovate with Generational Intelligence: Harness the Bang of Change

Attendees learn to:

  • Create the conditions that free each generation to take risks, push limits and create breakthrough solutions.

  • Delineate the reasons each generation may fall short regarding innovation.
