Through an impressive body of work, he is one of the most sought-after male talents in film and television today. The youngest of the Baldwin brothers acting clan, Stephen Baldwin is one of a few Hollywood actors versatile enough for key roles in everything from Academy Award-winning The Usual Suspects to Bio-Dome. Equally adept at drama and comedy, Baldwin has appeared in over 60 films and been featured on such top-rated television shows as The Fear Factor and Celebrity Mole. Stephen appeared on Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice, and finished fifth out of the 14 celebrity contestants. He and Trace Adkins became friends while competing on Celebrity Apprentice. In October 2008, Baldwin appeared in the Adkins' music video, "Muddy Water”. Vice-presidential hopeful Sarah Palin joked that Stephen is her "favorite Baldwin brother".
Most recently he was a contestant on the 2009 NBC reality show, I'm a Celebrity…Get Me out of Here! Stephen recently visited the troops in Iraq, and plans to return in October 2009. His production company is currently developing projects for television and the big screen. He is active in charity work for the Carol M. Baldwin Cancer Research Fund and has founded his own outreach to street-kids using extreme sports, called the AsSALT Tour. Stephen Baldwin is also a well known motivational and keynote speaker.

Growing up Baldwin
I’m often asked, “What was it like in your house growing up, you know, as one of the Baldwin Brothers?” A few choice words always pop into my head...words like chaos, overdosed testosterone, broken stuff, insanity...I come from a family of 6 kids. I am the youngest Baldwin, grew up part of a working-class family in a middle-class neighborhood in Massapequa, N.Y. My mom, thank God, was a stay-home type who kept us from killing ourselves on an almost daily basis and my dad was a history teacher and football coach. No kidding...I remember when my sister Beth and my big brother Alec were talking one day about growing older and Beth says something like, “Well, STEPHEN is going to be FORTY! Alec gets this look and says, “My God, Stephen is going to be FORTY? I never thought he’d make it to THIRTY.”
I’ve Had Some Interesting Bosses And Co-Workers Too
I’ve worked for some people that I really wanted to learn from and others that I couldn’t believe had gotten as far as they had. I’ve been on Paul Allen’s yacht in Cannes, been invited to the White House, I hang out with famous people all the time and it’s amazing what you can learn from other people if you will pay attention. When I was on the Celebrity Apprentice I had the privilege of working with Donald Trump who is known worldwide for his business acumen and is considered by some the very definition of the American success story. There were 3 very interesting things I observed from Mr. Trump that I have tried to adopt into my own life and business operations.
Making A Living: Baldwin Business Style
I’ve always been interested in business and am myself an entrepreneur. I have had several successful businesses and learned at an early age how to work hard to get results. But even successful, hardworking people………and even celebrities go through times that are financially stressful. Lots of people have lost everything, had tremendous failures and made triumphant comebacks. Going THROUGH financial hard times does not determine your character or what you are made of. It is what you do DURING those times and how you rise UP and build again that tells your real story. You might even be wondering what the heck an ACTOR, could possibly have to teach you about business, leadership or succeeding in life?
