She is also a contributing author to the best selling Chicken Soup for the Soul series in addition to co-authoring two books, Irresistible Leadership and Thriving in the Midst of Change. .

Kathy was responsible for strategically leading Memorial Health Care System’s organizational development efforts to become one of the top 100 hospitals in America!

Kathy is also the Founder of the Keep Shedding Educational Foundation which sends African AIDS orphans to school.

The Georgia Speakers Association voted Kathy as the Showcase Speaker of the Year and its 2002 Master of Influence Honoree. Bob Pike’s Creative Training Techniques International also named her the Trainer of the Year. Kathy is the Past President of the National Speakers Association Mid-Atlantic Chapter.
