Ori Brafman is a researcher, entrepreneur, and the author of three New York Times best-sellers. A business strategy expert, Brafman’s writings on leadership, culture, teamwork, and strategic organization have become must-read instruction guides for industry leaders hoping to get ahead of rapid industry change. His fall 2017 book Radical Inclusion: Why Leaders Influence More by Controlling Less, was co-authored with the former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey, and shares lessons learned over the course of an eight-year collaboration to develop leadership training programs in order to make the military more adaptive and agile. He is the author of the best-sellers The Starfish and the Spider: The Unstoppable Power of Leaderless Organizations, Sway: The Irresistible Pull of Irrational Behavior, and Click: The Forces Behind How We Fully Engage with People, Work, and Everything We Do. He holds a BA from U.C. Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Decision Making:

Psychological forces pull us into irrational behavior, but we can also use them to our benefit. Filled with examples and video clips, this talk shows us how psychological forces affect decision making and presents several implementable ways to avoid making irrational decisions.

Every 1- and 2-star general in the U.S. Army has taken Ori’s “Agile and Adaptive Leadership” course. Conducted directly by Ori, these deep-dive workshops are available in half-day, 1-day, and 2-day formats.
