After meeting and mentored by award-winning singer-songwriter, Kenny Loggins, Pizano created UROC music & publishing company to build a music publishing catalog.  With her vision to expand, she invested in the Nashville based, Savannah Music Group Publishing.

In 2010, she formed MVP3 Entertainment Group.  Under the umbrella, along with UROC Music & publishing company, she formed Zazu & Valentina talent agency and JND Films, LLC.  Pizano launched a TV Show called, “The MVP3 TV SHOW: The Making of an Empire” that aired every Sunday on CW30 - Memphis. She produced, directed and choreographed several music videos.  She is the author of the book, “From Barefoot to Stilettos, it’s not for sissies” that has inspired the movie, “Barefoot To Stilettos”. Her book was produced into a audio book.  It is the first audio book ever recorded at the legendary Royal Studios under the direction of music producer, Lawrence "Boo" Mitchell.

Her book is endorsed by Memphis Tiger Basketball Coach, Josh Pastner, Bishop William Wright of COGIC, Attorney and Mayor of Clarksdale, MS, Bill Luckett and according to the world-known, award-winning actor, Morgan Freeman, her book is, "The first person story of a woman driven to prove that she can."

Her book is now available on Amazon, selling in several book-stores across the country and stocked in several mid-south Walgreens locations. The brand "From Barefoot to Stilettos" merchandise is found online at Tiger Promotions, in several boutiques in Chicago and Memphis.  Pizano has partnered with several food and clothing merchants to license and launch the official "From Barefoot to Stiletto" products.

She has partnered with La Monde Productions to produce the major motion picture "Barefoot To Stilettos".  She is currently producing a slate of other films, as well. Most importantly, while running the MVP3 Entertainment Group empire, Marie is a full-time, hands on mother of two.  She currently serves on the advisory board of the On Location: Memphis International Film & Music Fest and NABFEME.  Pizano is in process of writing her book sequel, co-writing on several movie screenplays, motivational speaking and partnered with Chicago based, Humanity Rising to spearhead Humanity Rising Memphis, which is an ongoing program that will encourage and inspire students to engage in community service to create a better community, a better world.
