Dr. Hall is truely a humorist even though she presents a serious stress message. When I heard her speech for the University of Tennessee the audience was laughing most of the time!

Dr. Hall's presentation on stress and its repercussions was a wake up call to many of the lawyers who heard her speak at our recent continuing legal education program. The statistics about the level of stress and stress-related diseases within our profession were shocking. While we all know that we are under stress, hearing from Dr. Hall the very real impact this has on our mental and physical well-beings was a wake-up call for many of the lawyers in attendance. Fortunately, Dr. Hall presented simple techniques that we can all use to decrease our stress levels and live happier, healthier, and hopefully, longer lives. With her "SELF" program, it is easy to take a few minutes each day to check stress levels and give yourself a stress "tune up" if necessary. I heard from several lawyers in attendance that this was the most relevant and important continuing legal education program that they had ever attended.
