James Vollbracht Educational Keynote
Author of five books, including Stopping at Every Lemonade Stand: How to Create a Culture That Cares for Kids—reviewed by Chinaberry Press as "the best book I've ever read on how to create real change in our kids' lives"—Vollbracht's dynamic and inspiring keynote focuses on the key shifts that need to occur in our culture and how to apply them in our schools, organizations, and communities.
As Director of Training for Search Institute's National Healthy Communities - Healthy Youth Initiative, he designed and implemented training programs across North America. He developed partnerships with Boys and Girls Clubs, YMCA's, schools, libraries, and a range of other key organizations.
As Western Training Manager for Quest International, Vollbracht managed a team of seven regional trainers and helped coordinate an international team of forty trainers across North America and the world.
As President of Youth Reaching Out International, Vollbracht worked with youth in envisioning and implementing local and international service projects, where teams of youth and adults traveled to Hermosillo, Mexico, to work with orphans at Ciudad de los Ninos.
He is currently working on more inspirational books on how youth are the key to not just our future, but the present.

Drawing from research from the Gallup Organization and Search Institute on the importance of a strength or asset based approach you'll see how youth as participants, parents as players, and how service and roles at school lowers high risk behaviors. Participants will discover how focusing on “small changes” improves attendance, grades, and even test scores! This presentation is guaranteed to leave participants affirmed for the great practices they are already implementing, and have them inspired to begin a new school year, or encouraged to adopt practices once the school year is in session. YOUTH TRANSFORMING THE CULTURE
What's our most underutilized resource? Our kids!!Train up to 50 students (you pick the grade levels, 4th to 12th grade) and let’s get our kids changing the school and community environment. Students will discover how they are the key to transforming their school and community environments through service, small acts of kindness, and be encourage by a range of real-life inspiring examples. They'll also learn key leadership principles from the bestselling book "Good to Great," form teams and create goals to become positive change agents. At the conclusion they'll be asked the 3 Big Questions:
