Richard Schelp is the President and Co-Owner of Executive Speakers Bureau. Richard has been with Executive Speakers Bureau for 15 years, and during that period of time he has helped lead the organization to an unprecedented level of growth. Known as a true expert in the industry, speakers and organizations from all over the world contact Richard for his insight on future trends and directions. In addition, Richard handles some of the bureau's largest and most significant accounts, including all of the state hospital associations, State Farm Insurance, American Rental Association, Chase Bank, Boston Scientific Corporation, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Allscripts, and American Heart Association.
Prior to joining Executive Speakers Bureau, Richard was in sales and sales management with a few top technology companies including IBM and AT&T. During his tenure with those organizations Richard received a number of awards for his sales performance. Richard has lived in the state of Tennessee for most of his life, and has a BS in Business from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of Memphis. He is married to his lovely wife Angela and has four wonderful children. When Richard is not working, he enjoys sports, attends his children’s sporting events and shows, and participates in international missions with his church.

With 22 years in the meeting and events industry, Angela has extensive experience in guiding her clients to speakers who will make their events memorable. As co-owner, Angela also has a wide array of responsibilities in operating the business. From searching out the next great speaker to keeping ESB financially sound, she must continually stay focused on the business and trends of the industry. Prior to ESB, Angela worked for IBM in marketing and sales, where she received the foundation for outstand ing customer service, quick response times, and highly ethical behavior. These traits have helped Angela build a loyal following of clients, many of whom she considers close friends.
Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Angela lives in the small suburb of Germantown. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Marketing. She is married with 4 wonderful children, 2 dogs and a cat. When not at work, you can find Angela antiquing, biking or kayaking. Known among her friends as an extraordinary hostess, whipping up dinner parties that are out of this world is another one of her favorite hobbies!
Vice President at ESB, Jenny has spent the last 16 years writing contracts, assisting clients and speakers with event coordination, implementing marketing strategies and keeping her colleagues on their toes! Jenny's previous experience was in sales as a consultant for a leading textbook publishing company where she learned the value of exceptional customer service. As a people person, Jenny enjoys working with both the speaker and the client to ensure a seamless event. Having graduated from TCU, Jenny enjoys college sports and supports the purple horned frog, and stays busy visiting her “almost” grown children in various parts of the country.
A highly organized, type A personality who loves to multi-task, Jenny also uses these skills at home where she leads a weekly bible study, assists her husband in his medical supply company and cares for far too many dogs. A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jenny heads to the mountains to hike, be on the lake and enjoy the serenity of the outdoors every chance she gets. Her favorite way to unwind is to curl up by the fire with a good book and a glass of wine. Jenny loves to travel, is the queen of practical jokes, and enjoys time spent with her family.
Now in her 15th year with ESB, Pam is committed to connecting her clients with speakers who will make a real and lasting impact. Many years of experience at IBM gave her a solid understanding of how to manage the critical needs of her clients. She works diligently with the rest of the ESB team to build solid, long-term partnerships. Pam loves the challenges each day brings and all of the fascinating people, both clients and speakers, who she has the opportunity to meet.
The daughter of a college football coach, Pam has lived all over the eastern U.S., but proudly calls Tennessee home. She and her husband David have 3 wonderful children, an amazing son-in-law, and the cutest granddaughter on the planet. When she is not at work, Pam enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities, especially biking and hiking. She also enjoys experimenting with new recipes and being surprised by anything that grows in her garden. A graduate of Clemson University with degrees in French and Economics, Pam is a loyal Tiger fan!
joined Executive Speakers Bureau in September 2014. She serves in a dual role at ESB as an Account Executive and as head of our new Exclusive Speakers Division. Prior to joining our team, she was a consistent award winning, top sales executive for both DHL Express and 3M. Having successfully managed sales teams for two outdoor advertising firms, Christine also brings with her an abundance of managerial experience.
Growing up in an entrepreneurial family helped shape her work ethic and business savvy. She continued in this tradition by founding Infinite Ideas, a promotional and advertising company which she owned and operated for 15 years. Her company was honored as a small business-of-the-year nominee by the Memphis Business Journal and was responsible for several award winning marketing campaigns.
Christine is married, has 2 sons and a dog (Tanner). She enjoys photography, traveling, fishing, horseback riding, camping and singing in her church choir. She considers herself a weekend DYIer, and can be found remodeling, decorating and repurposing items around her home frequently.
Stephen Kirkpatrick joined Executive Speakers Bureau on Oct. 1, 2015. He serves in a dual role as an Account Executive and as head of ournew Speaker Management Division. Before joining the ESB team, Stephen worked as the Senior Director of Development at Christian Brothers University where he also worked with the baseball team.
Prior to his time at CBU, Stephen worked with an entertainment consulting firm in Los Angeles, California where he worked with clients like: Debbie Allen, Kathy Ireland, Ray Romano, and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Stephen was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and graduated from Ole Miss, where he played college baseball, with a major in English and a minor in Spanish. He now lives in Olive Branch, Mississippi, with his wife, two children and his pets---an ornery cat and a hyper bulldog . He enjoys spending his time bettering his community through involvement with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, his college fraternity and his church.
Jo is in her 9th year with Executive Speakers Bureau. In her capacity as Senior Event Coordinator she writes contracts and assists clients and speakers with the logistical details pertaining to their events. Her background as a sales consultant and trainer for McGraw Hill Educational Publishing and Pearson Learning Group gives her an inside view of professional speaking.
Born and raised in the Ozarks, Jo loves the outdoors and grew up fishing, camping, riding horses and working with her father, a veterinarian. She loved to help him with everything from delivering calves to performing surgeries. She has a degree from Missouri State University in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree from the University of Missouri in Reading Education. She spent 25 years as an educator before coming to ESB.
Jo enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, entertaining, reading, cooking, working out and riding motorcycles.

As Event Coordinator, she writes contracts and assists clients and speakers with the logistical details pertaining to their events. She has a degree in Elementary Education, and was a classroom teacher for 15+years. For fun on the side, Joy and her husband own a photobooth business and through this venture she has found a passion in event planning for weddings, parties and corporate outings.
Joy enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. She can often be found watching her children on the soccer fields, while marching in the band and cheering, or at church where she and her family devote much of their time.
Karen Viotti joined Executive Speakers Bureau in November 2016 as Marketing and Social Media guru. Her primary responsibilities include maintaining and updating our social media sites, blog, and promoting the bureau and our speakers on a regular basis.
Karen graduated from Christian Brothers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and spent more than fifteen years working in the nonprofit sector in the Memphis area prior to joining ESB. Most recently, Karen served as Director of Development and Operations for the Junior League of Memphis, where she worked with the Board of Directors to manage the fundraising, staffing, and strategic planning efforts of the organization.
In addition to her professional activities, Karen enjoys playing the piano, going for long walks, and spending time with her family, which includes Pete, her husband of 9 years, and two little “monsters”, Giuliana (6) and Nicholas (4).
joined the Executive Speakers Bureau October 2016 and is our Website Administrator and one of our Event Coordinators. As Website Administrator, she works to keep our website up to date with the most current information on our speakers. Emily also assists clients and speakers with the logistical details of their events as an Event Coordinator.
Emily has a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and has worked in the education field for twelve years serving as a classroom teacher, children’s museum education manager, before & after school program director, summer camp director and preschool teacher. Emily and her husband of 10 years have two rambunctious boys who keep them busy with their childhood shenanigans.
In her spare time, Emily takes piano lessons and enjoys exercising, reading, and whipping up new recipes. Add to the mix, Bonnie & Clyde the two puppies they recently adopted….endless amounts of entertainment.
Marion Kee joined Executive Speakers Bureau in January 2017 as our Chief Number Cruncher. As such, Marion’s primary responsibilities include maintaining accounting records, issuing payments, and balancing the checkbook.
Marion graduated from University Of Memphis with a dual degree in English and Secondary Education, which she often laughs at the irony considering she works with numbers. Prior to joining ESB, she was an Office Manager for twelve years. Marion has three children (two boys and a girl) and a precious fur-baby, a rescue dog named Clara Belle.
In her spare time, she loves to read and work crossword puzzles. She is also a self-proclaimed foodie, and loves to cook and try new food.
has a dream of innovating the technology sector. Charles is the Information Systems Manager for Executive Speakers Bureau and heads the IT side of the company. While handling all areas of technology for the bureau, Charles also makes time to cheer for the Memphis Grizzlies and the Memphis Tigers as he is an avid fan!

Poornima has previously worked at Archer-Malmo, Tek Systems, St Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the National Civil Rights Museum. One of the many hats Poornima wears is the Managing Partner at ebiz solutions. She enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her two boys.
is a native Memphian with a passion for computers and technology. He is currently a student at the University of Memphis studying MIS and Project Management. Alex works diligently updating our website and assisting with IT duties. With a very creative side, he is constantly coming up with new ideas and ways to improve processes. When not at work or school, Alex enjoys music, piano, video games, exercise and hanging out with family and friends.
is our Social Media Consultant, Marketer and Blogger. She currently lives in Memphis, TN. Liz is the co-owner of Eli | Rose Social Media, a social media marketing consultancy dedicated to helping small businesses, and writes a personal blog at a Belle, a Bean & a Chicago dog.
After graduating with her B.S. in Marketing from Bradley University, she worked as a project manager and analyst for marketing firms. Combining her education, and business and consumer behavior knowledge, with her social media experience has allowed her to work helping businesses to understand and utilize social media marketing.

C.J. is freelance writer of the blog River City Rising for Lipscomb Pitts Breakfast Club, a nonprofit organization whose goal is to enrich and impact local and global communities. She is also a contributing writer for Executive Speakers Bureau of Memphis and the Ronald McDonald House of Memphis. C.J. recently completed her first Contemporary Fiction novel, FOR TRUE. She lives in Memphis with her husband, young son, and two dogs.
has been on staff at Executive Speakers Bureau for the past 12 years. An integral part of office morale, Sophie's responsibilities include greeting office visitors with passion, alerting the staff on impending lunch breaks and perching on our desks on a rotational basis to ensure work compliance. The highlight of Sophie's day is the regular FedEx delivery where she has earned numerous bones from our representative.Uninterested in chasing cats in retirement, Sophie remains dedicated and loyal to Executive Speakers Bureau.
