Along with a conference call, the speaker will use this information as a background reference in preparing his/her presentation. 	Speaker Profile Our speaker profile assists us in providing all the necessary requirements of each of our individual speakers. It allows us to clearly meet all the AV needs, hotel requests and travel preferences and to be able to convey those requests directly with the client in a timely manner. 	Video Request Form If you are planning on requesting permission from the speaker to video tape, or record any portion of the presentation it is required that you complete the Video Request Form. This extends a “request” to the speaker for consideration of permission to record for internal archival purposes. This does not guarantee permission but is the first step in obtaining permission.
